The traditional settlement of Samonas is a complete neighbourhood located in the village of Samonas, in the district of Apokoronas, at an altitude of 400 m and at a distance of 25 km from Chania.
The village still preserves its picturesque character since it is really very small and has very few inhabitants.The settlement is built on a hill slope and it has such an orientation that it offers an impressive view from all dwellings. Looking over from the settlement's location, we get the impression that we could touch the Lefka Ori, or dive into the vast Cretan sea.All our dwellings are two-storey (maisonettes) with unlimited view to the mountain and the sea. They are exclusively built in stone and wood to match their surroundings. Each is built at a different level due to the ground's steep slope, with common courtyards as well as independent verandas or balconies and quiet corners.
All dwellings are decorated with many small folklore objects, antiques and hand carved furnitures. All incorporate the same comforts and luxury, although they differ in size and layout. During night hours, thousands of stars will magnetize your eyes. Musical sounds, vivid colours, captivating scents, pure flavours and the close touch with nature will awaken all your senses and their remembrance will remain unforgettable. Here you will experience unique moments of relaxation and complete tranquillity in an authentically traditional area, without missing any of the comforts of the modern way of living, which we have quietly incorporated in all our dwellings.
The luxurious Blue Perl Villa is a beautiful stone house in the traditional- seaside settlement "Meadows", located in Kissamos of Chania.
It was built in 2011 respecting the architectural tradition of the region. The Blue Villa is constructed of beautiful stones which in combination with a lovely garden create a unique atmosphere for the occupants. The distinct style makes it as a unique jewel of the region.
A huge and beautiful beach which combines pebbles and sand is in distance just five (5) minutes’ drive car from the villa, challenging the guests to swim in the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. A few meters away a sandy beach stretches which can enchant the most demanding visitors with its exotic environment that it creates.
Located in Georgioupolis, Cretan Mansion features an outdoor pool with a sun terrace. Opening to a terrace with mountain, pool and Cretan Sea views, it offers free WiFi in public areas.
